dapple photography is based in Glasgow and was set up in 2009 by Gillian Hayes whilst studying photography. Before that she worked as an architect and tutor. Her work has been nominated for awards and was recently published in Fine Art magazine ‘Silvershotz’.

dapple covers a wide range of projects and clients, offering a professional but personable service to each commission, small or large. We believe that the attention to detail is important and each project undertaken is tailored to the individual needs of the client.

Along with commissioned work Gillian also undertakes personal and collaborative projects and has had her work exhibited in Scotland and London. She is drawn to colour, simplicity, strong lines and texture, along with the everyday and ordinary.
